🎯 Purpose

The Author Box widget is a dynamic component within single post templates that displays author information—whether automatically from the current post or defined manually—helping add credibility and context to your content.

  1. Source

    • Current Author: Automatically pulls the author’s Gravatar, name, bio, and posts archive link.

  2. Profile Picture

    • Option to show or hide the author image.

    • If visible, control the size (in pixels).

    • Choose how it aligns: left, right, or top. Elementor

    • Option to display the author’s name (or hide it).

    • Select HTML tag for semantic structure (H1–H6, div, span, or p).
